RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PURINIZE will gladly refund or exchange unopened or damaged products within 30 days of the shipment date. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

To request a return or exchange, please email support@purinize.com within 30 days of your shipment date. Include your order number and the reason for your request so we can review it and guide you through the return process.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please email support@purinize.com as soon as possible. We will assist with your cancellation if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

If your order has already been processed for shipment, please contact us for instructions on returning it once it arrives. You may also refuse delivery; however, any return shipping charges PURINIZE incurs from the delivery service will be deducted from your refund.
