Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days barring any order discrepancies such as address, other vital shipping info or qualifications. Orders placed after 12:00 pm (EST) on Friday ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Gaylord, Michigan, USA.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping charges are determined at checkout. Once your package has been processed and shipped, please allow 2-7 additional business days for delivery, depending on the carrier. UPS Ground to West Coast can take up to a week for delivery.

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are determined at checkout. Once your package has been processed and shipped, please allow 6-10 additional business days for delivery, depending on the country location. 

Import Duties, Taxes, & Brokerage Fees

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by customs of the importing country are not included in the shipping and handling cost. Therefore, International customers are solely responsible for paying such duties, taxes, and fees. These costs vary widely from country to country, so be sure contact your local customs agency for more details before placing your order. If for any reason, you refuse your shipment, we cannot refund the following things: original shipping and handling cost, charges for return shipping, and any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
